There will be a selection of our dishes available in Foodworks in Thredbo, but we are getting requests from people who want more. So, we're delivering special orders of meals directly into Thredbo on Sundays. Now you can order your meals in advance, and not have to worry about cooking for the rest of the week! Our desserts are now back in for Winter. The stunning Sticky Date Pudding, beautiful Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding and the Always Awesome Apple Crumble. Get them from Jindy Juice Bar, Snowy Valley Service Centre, and Canberra.

This is a real warming treat on a chilly winter's eve, and it's become one of our best selling dishes. Containing top quality Australian veal, and simmered in a beautiful sauce made with premium stock, vegetables and red wine, this Veal Osso Bucco is a really impressive yet ridiculously easy solution for dinner. To keep things simple, just serve with mash or rice - risotto if you feel like a bit more work. And maybe a warming glass of red? Yum!

This is the best BEEF LASAGNA we've tasted - deep, rich flavour with perfect al dente pasta and beautiful creamy béchamel. And our lovely meat-free option: SPINACH & RICOTTA CANNELLONI. There is whole freezer full, so there's plenty to choose from - Lamb Shanks, Osso Bucco, Thai Red Curry, award-wining Italian Pasta, a whole range of single serve meals, plus much more......!

THAI CHICKEN RED CURRY - A BRAND NEW DINNER'S READY MEAL. Authentic flavours with a hefty kick of spice. Also another new dish - LENTIL AND VEGETABLE DAHL, which is a tasty treat for vegos and non-vegos too, but milder. (If you prefer your veggies spicy go for the Spicy Bean Casserole!).

FREE FOOD & WINE TASTING TOMORROW. (Friday 5th May) Dinner's Ready are having a food tasting tomorrow afternoon, from 4pm, at the Snowy Valley Service Centre in East Jindabyne. If you've heard about our food but haven't had the time to try it yet - here's your chance!
