We've now added a new dish to our Single Serves range. Satay Chicken with Jasmine Rice & Fresh Green Beans. Super lean, hand-trimmed, free-range chicken is gently simmered till tender in a peanut & light coconut cream Satay Sauce. Subtle touches of chilli, garlic, turmeric and ginger are added to give, not spice-heat, but a background of spice-flavour. Served with steamed jasmine rice, and some fresh green beans on the side. A great meal for a quick lunch, or something to look forward to when you come home.

We launched our new range of Vegan meals with a food-tasting at Red Hill SupaExpress on Wednesday. ​

The food got wonderful reactions while we were tasting, and there were some great comments on their Facebook page as well.

We have a new Vegan Range! An authentic Roasted Butternut Pumpkin with Almond Thai Curry, a Vegetable Tagine that's packed full of flavour, and a delicious Red Lentil & Chickpea Indian Curry. Three great dishes that really deliver on flavour, and texture. With more dishes to come shortly....... And, they're all gluten-free as well! We're launching the range with a food-tasting this Wednesday (10th April) at Red Hill SupaExpress. We'll be there from 3.30 to 6.30 sampling with some piping hot food for you to taste.
