Perfect Parcels of al-dente Pasta have been filled with premium-quality Ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano. These are then mixed with a velvety cream sauce made from mushrooms and white wine - making this a very tasty meat-free treat.
All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.
Ingredients:
Pasta: Durum Semolina, Flour, Eggs, Water, Salt
Pasta Filling: Ricotta Cheese , Flour, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg.
Sauce: Mushroom, bechamel, cream, white wine, butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper Garnish: Aged Grana Padano cheese

Heating Instructions:
(General guidelines, but they are dependent upon the power of your microwave) The pasta recipe has been amended to compensate for the freezing - so that when it's reheated it's as perfect as when it was fresh. Please keep frozen until reheating, or the quality and texture of the pasta will not be as good as it could be.
Open lid. Preferably place meal into a ceramic dish. If not, place container on a plate to heat in microwave. Alternatively, place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
7 minutes defrost, stir, and then 4 minutes cooking time
The liquid from the sauce can separate a bit when it's reheated - just give it a good stir to make it all blend back together again

While our dishes are cooked separately, and every care is taken, this meal has been prepared in a kitchen where meals containing gluten, nuts, seeds, eggs and soy are also made.
