Last night we cooked a beautiful puy lentil ragout (*recipe from Recipe Tin Eats) and steamed some fresh asparagus to add to our own Duck Confit. We cracked open a chilled bottle of Chenin Blanc and dreamed of being in Paris. *

Made with only 4 ingredients - potato, milk, cream and butter - it's real food. Salt, pepper and a tiny touch of nutmeg are added to bring out the flavour. Nothing else. No preservatives, thickeners, additives, 'milk solids' or numbers of any kind. Our chef has piped it into 6 easy portions so that you can use as little, or as much, as you'd like for each meal.
If you're a fan of Paris Mash - it's super easy. Put on some French music, warm the mash in a pan on gentle heat, add pretty much as much butter as you feel like (according to your own personal 'sinful' level), mix it around with a wooden spoon until it firms up and - eh, voila - you've added a touch of luxury to any meal.

Lean, hand-trimmed Aussie lamb is gently slow-cooked to a traditional Irish recipe with potatoes, mushrooms and carrots - simmered in our own stock with parsley and rosemary.
Then a touch of ale is added to give real depth of flavour to the sauce. It's served with our own creamy mashed potato and green beans, to make a perfect, comforting meal for one. A meal you can look forward to coming home to.

Our Tortelloni with Lamb Ragu - delivered to your door for a stress-free dinner. Hand-made pasta in a rich, meaty, slow-cooked sauce. Ready to go. All you have to do is heat and eat. A 400g serving – a generous dinner for 1, or for 2 to share with a side salad.
Our Italian chef makes the fresh pasta by hand every day. He then creates perfect parcels by filling the tortelloni (plumper than tortellini) with Ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. They’re covered in a generous lamb ragu sauce that's been slowly cooked until it's tender and fall-apart soft. It's a deeply satisfying dish that's packed full of rich, meaty flavour. Add a glass of red for a perfect dinner in front of the fire, or curled up on the sofa.
