Hand-made by our Singaporean chef, this is really authentic satay.   It's not too spicy but has a background warmth and incredible depth of flavour.  Because he blends the spices from scratch, there is real complexity of flavours and they reveal themselves layer by layer - fresh lemongrass, tamarind, coriander......
