Our Beef Bourguignon has had a refresh
It's now hand-made by our new French Chef, and has a far more classic, traditional French flavour.
Beef is slowly braised till it's super tender, with red wine (Burgundy) along with the rich flavours of our chef's own home-made beef stock, bacon, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots and herbs.
Tender beef. Wine. French - doesn't get much better than that really.
