We've focussed on the flavour with this one, rather than pure heat, and it gives off a fabulous aroma whilst it's heating up in the kitchen.
The chef has taken great care to let this gently bubble along whilst cooking, so that all the flavours slowly develop into a rich, deep, meaty sauce. It's packed full of flavour yet milder on spice-heat than you might expect.
For those who like it hot, we'd suggest just adding a dash or two of Tabasco or chilli oil to suit your own tastebuds.
