We’re closed for Christmas and will resume deliveries on Tuesday 13 January. Any orders placed during the holiday period will be delivered on Tuesday 13 January.

Tortellini Boscaiola

Authentic, hand-made pasta with a light, creamy sauce

350g - Serves 1 

Perfect parcels of hand-made tortellini are filled with beef and mortadella .  They are covered in a generous light, creamy sauce with mushrooms and bacon, then topped off with a shaving of aged Grana Padano cheese.

All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is freshly made by hand every day.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta: Durum Semolina, Wheat Flour, Eggs, Water, Salt
  • Filling: Beef (44%), Mortadella (22%) Flour (Wheat), Grana Padano Chesse, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
  • Sauce: Mushrooms, Cream, Bacon, Shallots, Butter, Flour, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
  • Garnish: Aged Grana Padano cheese

Allergen notice:  This dish contains wheat and dairy

Heating Instructions:

(General guidelines, but they are dependent upon the power of your microwave)

The pasta recipe has been amended to compensate for the freezing - so that when it's reheated it's as perfect as when it was fresh. Please keep frozen until reheating, or the quality and texture of the pasta will not be as good as it could be.

Open lid.  Preferably place meal into a ceramic dish.  If not, place container on a plate to heat in microwave.  7 minutes defrost, stir, and then 4 minutes cooking time

While we don’t add flavours, preservatives, colours, etc, individual ingredients we use - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, wine, spice mixes, sauces, etc - may also contain their own preservatives/additives (although in very small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish).

While our dishes are cooked separately, and every care is taken, this meal has been prepared in a kitchen where meals containing gluten, nuts, seeds, eggs and soy are also made.
