Perfect parcels of hand-made tortellini are filled with beef and mortadella - then covered in a generous light, creamy sauce with mushrooms and bacon.
All made by our Italian chef.- including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.
Ingredients:
Pasta: Durum Semolina, Wheat Flour, Eggs, Water, Salt
Filling: Beef (44%), Mortadella (22%) Flour (Wheat), Grana Padano Chesse, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
Sauce: Mushrooms, Cream, Bacon, Shallots, Butter, Flour, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
Garnish: Aged Grana Padano cheese

Heating Instructions:

The pasta recipe has been amended to compensate for the freezing - so that when it's reheated it's as perfect as when it was fresh. Please keep frozen until reheating, or the quality and texture of the pasta will not be as good as it could be.
