Good pasta is a difficult thing to find. This one is good. Very good.

There are lots of bland meals out there that call themselves pasta, but most of them aren't tasty or enjoyable. All they do is fill you up. This cannelloni is made to a family-held, authentic Italian recipe, and is a joy to eat. Beautiful silky pasta, rich creamy béchamel , and a wonderfully light and fresh ricotta filling - all topped off with mozzarella and Grana Padano to brown beautifully in the oven!

All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.

Pasta: Durum semolina (wheat), eggs, water salt
Filling: Ricotta, flour (wheat), spinach, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg
Sauce: Peeled tomato, tomato paste, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar
Bechamel: full cream milk, flour, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper
Cheese: Mozzarella, Aged Grana Padano ​

Please note that this dish needs cooking - allow approximately 40 minutes in the oven - do not put in the microwave due to aluminium container
