A super-tasty but mild dish for those who love the flavour of satay
Very quick and easy meal for those busy times when you don’t have time to cook. The leanest chicken is gently cooked in the peanut sauce until it is fall-apart tender, but still succulent. This is our go-to meal when we feel like a little comfort and nourishment!
Lean, free-range chicken breast fillets are simmered till tender in satay sauce. Ideal to serve with jasmine rice, or your choice of vegetables.
This dish is not cooked by our Singaporean chef - it is a westernised version of Satay that's mild enough for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Free-Range Chicken (55%), onion (15%), coconut cream (13%), coconut extract, peanut butter (9%), honey, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sweet chilli sauce, tamarind, turmeric, garlic, salt, ginger, chilli, pepper

Heating Instructions:
Remove plastic cover, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
From Frozen: Heat for 3-4 minutes on high, stir, heat for another 3-4 minutes, or until contents are hot.
From Thawed: Heat for 2-3 minutes on high, or until contents are hot, stirring once. As the heating capacity of individual microwave ovens varies so much, heating temperatures and times are a guide only.
