To guarantee quality and taste our premium sausages are all hand-made specially for us by the wonderful Red Hill Butchers in Canberra.  (Winner of the 2024 Most Outstanding Butcher award at the Local Business Awards.)  They're made from pure, lean Aussie grass-fed beef.

Making your own sausages, mash and onion gravy at home takes a lot of work and time (and saucepans). Now you can eat it whenever you want - not fuss, no work, no waiting.....

Ingredients:
Premium, hand-made Aussie beef sausages: (Prime Grass-fed beef mince, lean (90%) meal, rice flour, salt, mineral salt, spices, preservatives (415 223), natural sausage casing) 
Mashed Potato (potato, milk, cream, unsalted butter, salt, pepper) 
Gravy: Beef Stock (water, beef bones, tomato, tomato paste, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, bayleaf peppercorns), unsalted butter, gluten free flour (rice flour, maize starch, tapioca starch, dextrose, thickeners)
Peas & onions

While we don’t add flavours, preservatives, colours, etc, individual ingredients we use - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, wine, spice mixes, sauces (fish, tabasco, etc) etc - may also contain their own preservatives/additives (although in very small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish).

While our dishes are cooked separately, and every care is taken, this meal has been prepared in a kitchen where meals containing gluten, nuts, seeds, eggs and soy are also made.
