Chicken Cacciatora (GF) NEW
A traditional hearty, rustic stew made with chicken and vegetables simmered in a tomato sauce with wine

Made by our Italian dish this really packs a punch of flavour. Chicken is simmered till oh-so-tender and falling apart in a tomato and white wine sauce with mushrooms and olives. Parsley is added, and also a little pinch of chilli pepper, just enough to give a background warmth.
This is such a versatile dish. It can be served as a generous portion for one, along with a slice/chunk of your favourite bread. Or it can be used as a dinner for two by serving with your choice of pasta, rice, a baked potato, or any other of your preferred vegetables (as shown in the photos below using 1/2 a serving)
Ingredients
Chicken (23%), peeled tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots, white wine, Kalamatta olives, capers, olive oil,fresh parsley, dry chilli pepper.
Heating Instructions:
- Take off cover, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.

From Frozen: Heat for 4-5 minutes on high, or until contents are hot. Stir and reheat for 1-2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
- From Thawed: Heat for 2-3 minutes on high, or until contents are hot. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
