Our latest Seasonal Lasagna - available only through Winter. A warming, comforting and satisfying lasagna. Flavoured with the meatiness and depth of mushrooms, and the strength and slight saltiness of Taleggio.
Authentically made with hand-made pasta that has great texture and a little bite, a smooth and creamy béchamel sauce, and then topped with beautifully browning Mozarella and aged Grana Padano

A really good, authentic lasagna is a very hard thing to find. It took us ages to come up with one this good. All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.

Pasta: Durum semolina (wheat), eggs, water salt
Filling: RSaute & Puree of Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Salt, Rosemary Bechamel: full cream milk, flour, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper Cheese Topping: Taleggio, Mozzarella, aged Grana Padano

Please note that this dish needs to finish cooking through - allow approximately 40 minutes in the oven - or 20 to 30 if already defrosted.
