Malaysian Fried Rice with Chicken (DF)

Authentic fried rice with a touch of chilli
A flavoursome dish by our Singaporean chef

Single Serve (or to share with a curry)
Chicken is flash-cooked with jasmine rice, carrots, green beans and chopped cabbage in our own, hand-made Kecap Manis, and then Nonya sambal and omelette is added. It's got a little kick to it so we'd say that this was 'medium' heat in terms of spiciness. Perfect as a meal on it's own, or to serve with our Malaysian Chicken Curry.

This dish features truly authentic flavours as it has been cooked for us by our Singaporean chef.
