Indian Vegetable Curry with Pea Pilau Rice (V GF)
Authentic flavour: thanks to our Indian chef
The warming spices of India with the freshness of vegetables
Cauliflower, sweet potato, tomato, green beans, onion, chickpeas and red lentils are gently cooked in Indian spices until all the flavours blend into one cohesive, flavour-filled, warming dish.
The spices slowly creep up on you in layers, until they warm the back of your throat. The spices are full and rounded and mature (avoiding all the sharpness and rawness you get in some manufactured curry dishes).
The Pilau rice contains only the purest ingredients - Basmati rice, green peas, butter, onions, salt, turmeric, bay leaf and cardamom. (The butter tastes great in this rice, and the turmeric adds not only flavour, but the vibrant colour)
