Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Primavera Sauce – hand-made from scratch with love and care by our Italian Chef.
You can’t travel to Italy at the moment, but this dish will make you feel as if you’re there.
We start by hand-making the fresh pasta and then form it into perfect parcels of ravioli, filled with Ricotta, Spinach and best aged Grana Padano from Italy. They’re gently cooked till al dente, and then covered in a generous sauce made from tomatoes, béchamel, garlic and basil – and finished with a sprinkling of grated aged Grana Padano.
