Mushroom Lasagna (with Camembert)
Our new Vegetable Lasagna. A warming, comforting and really tasty lasagna flavoured with the meatiness and depth of flat brown mushrooms, and the added creaminess of Camembert. The aroma of mushrooms when it's heating in the oven is just amazing.
Authentically made with hand-made pasta that has great texture and a little bite, a smooth and creamy béchamel sauce, and then topped with beautifully browning Mozzarella and aged Grana Padano

A really good, authentic lasagna is a very hard thing to find. It took us ages to come up with one this good. All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.

Pasta: Durum semolina (wheat), eggs, water salt
Filling: Saute & Puree of Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Salt, Rosemary Bechamel: full cream milk, flour, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper Cheese Topping: Camembert, Mozzarella, aged Grana Padano

Please note that this dish needs to finish cooking through - allow approximately 40 minutes in the oven - or 20 to 30 if already defrosted.
Do not put in the microwave due to aluminium container
