Malaysian Beef Rendang (GF DF)

Truly authentic curry by our Singaporean chef
A great meal for when you feel the need for true Asian flavours

Meal to share size
Aussie beef (chuck steak) is slowly simmered till tender in in our own authentic rendang sauce. It's not an overpowering curry - there's just enough heat in the curry to warm the back of your throat. For a quick, easy, tasty dinner at home just add steamed rice. Either yours, or ours if you're in an extra hurry! If you like, add your own boiled egg, cucumber, ikan bilis and chilli paste on the side to transform this fabulous curry into Nasi Lemak.

This dish features truly authentic flavours as it has been cooked for us by our Singaporean chef.

Meal to share size - 400g
Gluten-Free Dairy-Free

Ingredients: Beef, our own Rendang Paste (Eschallots, ginger, galangal, cardamom, lemongrass, dried chilli, coconut milk, water, tamarind, desiccated coconut, palm sugar, canola oil, salt, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, cardamom pods, ground cumin)
