This dish is packed full of flavour due to the generous amount of Italian sausage and the field mushrooms.
The authentic hand-made pasta has great texture and a little bite. Each tube is filled to overflowing with Italian Sausage, which has real depth of flavour. A creamy béchamel sauce is added, and then the Cannelloni are topped with field mushrooms and cheeses from Italy - Mozzarella, Provolone and Mascarpone. It's a really hearty, meaty, deep, satisfying meal that will have you wanting to come back for more.
