Tadka Dahl with Cumin Rice
An authentic vegan curry that's full of flavour.
450g - Single Serve (a generous serve for 1 person)

Single serve size so it's super-convenient for a quick lunch, or an easy dinner at home.
This hearty meal - now made by our Indian chef - features yellow lentils in a sauce made from classic Indian spices. Served with Cumin Rice.
Ingredients:
Moong Dal (split yellow mung beans), Channa Daal (split chickpeas), Toor Daal (split pigeon peas), Tomatoes, Onions, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Oil, Herbs and Spices
Cumin Rice (34%) – Basmati rice, cumin
Heating Instructions:
(General guidelines, but they are dependent upon the power of your microwave)
Open lid, and if you can, transfer to a ceramic dish to reheat. If not, then place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
If If thawed: Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Let stand for 1 minute. (Container is microwave-safe. Time may vary, depending on microwave oven.)
If frozen, Heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring once.

Coeliac-safe: This, and all our other Indian dishes (those photographed in the Indian Brass bowls) are all produced in a kitchen that only makes gluten-free meals. No ingredients containing gluten are used in this kitchen.
