Teriyaki Chicken with Sushi Rice and Vegetables (DF) High Protein: 45.1g

$1395

Truly authentic, thanks to our Singaporean chef
A great meal for when you feel the need for true Asian flavours

Single Serve 350g

High Protein: 45.1g
Dairy-Free
(The only reason it's not gluten-free as well is due to the soy sauce)

Chicken pieces are marinaded in a Teriyaki Sauce - soy sauce, sake and mirin - and then grilled till perfectly cooked. You can tell it's been hand-cooked as the sauce and the chicken have 'caught' on the grill, giving that authentic slight 'charring' which intensifies the flavour of the chicken and the sauce.

Our vegetables - broccoli, and edamame and Shiitake mushroom - are gently stewed till al dente - highlighting both their flavour and colour.

These are served with a sushi rice. (The very best bits are those at the bottom of the pack where they have absorbed the sauce!)

Ingredients:
Rice (50%): Short grain rice
Teriyaki Chicken (30%): Chicken, Teriyaki Sauce (soy sauce, cooking sake, mirin, Koji, sugar, ginger, canola oil, corn starch)
Vegetables: Broccoli, edamame, seaweed, white sesame seed, black sesame seed

Allergen Notice: Contains soy, wheat and sesame

General notices re allergens:

While we don’t add flavours, preservatives, colours, etc, individual ingredients we use - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, wine, spice mixes, sauces (fish, tabasco, etc) etc - may also contain their own preservatives/additives (although in very small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish).

While our dishes are cooked separately, and every care is taken, this meal has been prepared in a kitchen where meals containing gluten, nuts, seeds, eggs and soy are also made.
