Classic Lamb Casserole with Vegetables
Slow-cooked Aussie lamb in a rich red wine gravy, served with creamy mash and green beans.
Lean, hand-trimmed Aussie lamb is gently slow-cooked to a traditional recipe. The lamb, onion, celery and carrots are simmered till tender in our own stock with bay leaf and rosemary. Then a touch of red wine is added to give true depth of flavour to the sauce. (You can see that the lamb is fall-apart tender in the photo.) Served with our own mashed potato and green beans. To give you the true taste of homely cooking.
