Our Beef Burgundy. Tender beef in a wine and herb sauce, served with our buttery mash and green beans.

This delicious dish originates from France, in the regional province of Bourgogne, and is often referred to as either Beef Burgundy or Beef Bourguignon.

Pasture-fed beef is slowly braised traditionally with red wine (Burgundy) along with the rich flavours of our chef's own home-made beef stock, bacon, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots and herbs.

As a meal served with our mashed potato (see our previous post on how we hand-make this) and beans (French, of course!) it is a definite heart warmer - and a wonderful meal to come home to.

Single Serve for 1 - 350g
