NEW DISH FROM DINNER'S READY - CHICKEN & VEGETABLE TAGINE. A beautifully full-flavoured spice mix of cumin, cinnamon, saffron, coriander, garlic and parsley is combined and slowly simmered with lean chicken, tomatoes, carrots, green peas, green olives and preserved lemon to create this light and fresh middle eastern-style tagine.
