Mushroom & Taleggio Lasagna

Mushroom & Taleggio - our latest Seasonal Pasta, available only through Winter.  A warming, comforting and satisfying lasagna.  Flavoured with the meatiness and depth of mushrooms, and the strength and slight saltiness of Taleggio.

Authentically made with hand-made pasta that has great texture and a little bite, a smooth and creamy béchamel sauce, and  then topped with beautifully browning Mozarella and aged Grana Padano

A really good, authentic lasagna is a very hard thing to find. It took us ages to come up with one this good.  All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.
