Perfect Parcels of fresh al-dente Pasta have been filled with premium-quality Ricotta. These are then mixed with a ragu sauce that's been slowly simmered with tomatoes, onion, capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic to give it real depth of flavour. This a truly tasty meat-free treat.
All made by our Italian chef - including the pasta, which is made by hand every day.
