Jalfrezi is a stir-fried curry where vegetables are quickly sautéed in a tangy tomato-based sauce with a mix of Indian spices. This dish is delicious and nutritious as it's packed with vegetables. It's also full of authentic flavour as it's made by our Indian Chef. You can taste the depth of the spices, without having a lot of chilli heat.
Ingredients:
Vegetables 80% (Onions, tomatoes, cauliflower, sweetcorn, green beans, peas, carrots), paneer (milk), canola oil, salt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, herbs, ground coriander, cumin.
Heating Instructions:
Slightly open the sealed film. Preferably place meal into a ceramic dish. If not, place container on a plate to heat in microwave. Heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes on High. Let meal stand for 1 minute. Check the heat is to your liking – and then either reheat briefly, or serve.

While we don’t add flavours, preservatives, colours, etc, individual ingredients we use - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, wine, spice mixes, sauces, etc - may also contain their own preservatives/additives (although in very small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish).
While our dishes are cooked separately, and every care is taken, this meal has been prepared in a kitchen where meals containing gluten, nuts, seeds, eggs and soy are also made.
